There is enough at Inglis Falls to spend the entire day there, or at least half a day. The falls are spectacular and there are 6 trails not including the Bruce trail which goes right through the conservation area. Read More


Pottawotomi Conservation Area

I was disappointed with the falls but the trails are excellent and the huge rocks were interesting. Read More


Elora Quarry Conservation Area

Makes a great day trip destination in the summer and has a beautiful beach for swimming in the quarry. Read More


The Kaufmans Flats trail

is part of the Walter bean trail and is an excellent place to get away from the city but still be in the city, so it takes very little time to actually get here from Kitchener, waterloo or the surrounding area. Kaufmans Flats are located on the east side of Waterloo just off University Ave E. before you get to Rim Park . Read More
